Terms & Conditions

 

  1. The competition closes once the prize cards have run out.
  2. The prize cards announce whether you have won and provide instructions on how to claim your prize.
  3. Only “Limited Edition Sugar Plum by Emily Cole” sacks, with the ‘WIN’ graphic on the front of them, contain a prize or money-off voucher.
  4. Each prize card may only be used once. The reverse of the card must be filled in and either used in part to purchase a sack of Baileys Lo-Cal Balancer or returned to Baileys or Emily Cole, as per the instructions on the back of the card.
  5. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and are automatically void if sold, offered for sale or if any attempt or offer is made to transfer the prize card.
  6. All winners may be required to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion.
  7. This competition is open to all UK residents except Baileys Horse Feeds employees and their families, Baileys distributors and anyone else associated with the development, implementation and administration of the promotion
  8. Entrants under 16 years old must get consent from their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before entering. The parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of entrants under 16 years old agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the entrant.
  9. Responsibility cannot be accepted for claims lost or delayed in the post.  Proof of posting cannot be accepted as proof of delivery.
  10. Baileys reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize, to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  11. The winners' names and counties can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Baileys Horse Feeds, Four Elms Mills, Bardfield Saling, Braintree, Essex, CM7 5EJ or an email to info@baileyshorsefeeds.co.uk.
  12. Baileys Horse Feeds reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  13. Baileys Horse Feeds is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, which is available here: https://www.baileyshorsefeeds.co.uk/privacy-policy.
  14. This competition is governed by English law and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
