Stoneleigh 2019

Things don’t always go to plan!! Starfall has had an eye infection and has not been able to compete at the last couple of shows but has had to be treated every few hours!! So, we went off to Stoneleigh. Having to leave one behind meant I took Helios.

Still a novice, and never having done a Maxi HOYS class before, I was delighted to finish in third place with the ride judge telling me she was looking forward to riding him. Remarks like this are so encouraging when starting new horses on a different career. The next day was a massive HOYS Coloured class!! Here, Helios finished in third place as well, so, we’re very pleased on both counts. We have a weekend at home then it’s off to Edenbridge show!
