A New Boy On The Block

From the early start we had for the Wales and West show there was no lie in for me as horses were arriving from Ireland. They should have been in at midnight but in fact it was 2.45 am on Thursday morning by the time they arrived! One of the newbies is a 3 year-old cob who is untouched and BIG. It looks like my work is cut out, but hopefully he will be another member of the Baileys team in 2017 as a novice. His stable name is Moran.

Next we went off to Stoneleigh with five horses and no pictures as we were very busy with 2 in the same class! The entries were massive and it was hot! Cappa Sham won and got his HOYS ticket with a great ride mark of 49 out of 50, Volantis was third and Pinki was a very disappointing sixth! He went really well, sometimes I wonder what the judges are looking for! Now it is time for 2 weeks off to play with new cob before the Edenbrige and Oxted Agricultural Show. It seems as though the season is flying by!
