HOYS 2018

Well, HOYS was the last show of the season. Although Baileys Starfall, who has been in training for 14 months since arriving unbroken from Ireland, wasn’t placed, he has won two HOYS qualifiers, this year. He went really well and was settled staying there – helped by his Baileys dinners.

Cappa Sham did two classes; the Maxi Cob class, where he was placed ninth, and the Coloured class, where he finished fourth.  I was delighted as he got 49 for the ride, although he had the same marks as the third placed horse.

Now we’re getting things sorted for the Autumn Novice Show on the 20th October. For more information, go to www.topcobs.com. There will be lots of fab prizes and rosettes. We are going to put the fun back into showing.
