Maxi Cob of the Year 2017

Just got back from a great Horse of the Year Sow (HOYS)! Six days away living in the horsebox is not to be recommended but well worth it! Jovian, on his first proper HOYS, won the Maxi Cob Championship, which was amazing and the ribbons were out of this world thanks to Mr and Mrs Leeman. Jovian went last year for the first time but found it just too much and did not complete the class, so it was a great result. He was also eighth in the Ladies’ Side Saddle class.

Meanwhile, stable mate, Cappa Sham, also made a trip into the international ring in the Coloured Horse and Pony Society Championship as he was placed second in his class. So, a great show all round. The boys will now have a bit of a holiday and enjoy Autumn - more than I will get!!
