National Championships, Addington.

It’s been a busy three days at the British Show Horse Association National Championship show at Addington with two days of sun and one day spent getting soaked! But the baby boys done good. Great Bear, the new 4 year old, had his first proper show outing and won his classes. He went into the main arena with lights, music and galleries and behaved like a 7 year old. He was Reserve Restricted Champion!

His stable mate, Jovian, was second in the Classic Supreme Maxi Cob Championship and he too had to take on the lights! He found it a bit of a challenge but made it whilst Cappa Sham picked up the last HOYS ticket, so all in all it was a good show! Now I have three days to clean the lorry. Next stop is the Thame show for the ex-racers to make their debut.
