Second Showing Clinic

The second showing clinic was really full. Every horse went on the weighbridge and got feed advice from Baileys Nutritionist, Helen Gordan. There was a great mix of horses including three ex-racehorses, three ponies, one traditional, a really nice plaited mare and, as always, a host of cobs! I wonder why!? We were lucky with the weather as the forecast was wet and it was not, just cold. Liz from Equitech was our judge for the day selecting the best turned out horse and rider, she even brought prizes. I really enjoy these days as it's great to see so many amateurs keen to learn and get into showing. Busy week this week as we have the first show next weekend for the Ponies Association (UK) winter classic weekend! So, lots to do! Fingers crossed for a good day.
